Newsies coming to the Beddington Theatre Arts Centre

SMCA & BHCA COMMUNITY CLEANUP 2023

• Community cleanups are open to all Calgarians!
• Contractors are NOT allowed to drop off materials
• ACCEPTING
  • The City of Calgary will be onsite with packer trucks with crews collecting solid waste (NO Compost truck this time)
  • BW Waste & Recycling will be onsite collecting metal…please review their Accepted/Prohibited List before bringing your metal
  • Used Books
  • We will also have a FREE TO TAKE area as in the past
• NOT ACCEPTING
  • Tires
  • Paint, oils or dangerous goods/chemicals
  • Propane tanks
  • Batteries
  • Fridges/freezers
  • Car seats
  • NO ORGANIC WILL BE ACCEPTED – no compost, sand, dirt, bricks or concrete
  • What to do with those items above? Please go to the Residential Recycling and Disposal Search Tool to locate where you can drop off these items
